Is Cascade A One-Time fee?

The purchase price for Cascade is a one-off payment. There are no recurring monthly fees.

During the first 12 months, you can receive technical support and updates for the software. At the end of the first year, you have a choice if you want to continue receiving the support and the product updates. We send email reminders during the last month of support where there are three options;

1 Renew before the expiry date and receive a discount off the support fee.
You continue to receive technical support and updates for new releases of Cascade for the next 12 months.

2 Renew after the expiry date and pay the full price for the support package.
You can continue to use Cascade but will not benefit from technical support or updates for Cascade until the support is renewed at the full price.

3 Do nothing and forfeit your access to technical support and Cascade updates.
You can continue to use Cascade but you will not be able to receive technical support or new releases of Cascade.

The prices for 12 months support depend on the Cascade product, either Cascade Personal or Cascade Professional
